Olivier Mivelaz, Executive Chairman
Olivier is a Swiss national with 40 years of international banking and finance experience acquired amongst others as Managing Director and Board Member of various Swiss banks in Europe, USA and Asia.
Following a long and distinguished career Olivier decided to set up Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd in 2004 – one of the very first Singapore licensed independent Wealth and Fund Management companies.
Faced with strong market demand the company expanded to Hong Kong in 2011. Today Swiss-Asia Financial Services has grown into the biggest Wealth Management & Fund Platform in South East Asia.
Pying-Huan Wang, CEO & Partner
With over 30 years of international leadership experience in wealth management, private equity, finance, and impact investing, Pying-Huan Wang has worked across major financial hubs, including Zurich, Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York, and Singapore. Her deep expertise working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors, combined with her strong cross-border investment knowledge, uniquely positions her to lead Swiss-Asia into its next phase of growth and innovation
A seasoned investor, Pying has led USD 2 billion in transactions across sectors such as energy, telecom, retail, and manufacturing. She has also played a key role in renewable energy and ESG-focused investments, advising Canadian Solar and leading APAC investments for Amarenco Group.
Previously serving as Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Investments, she was instrumental in establishing Swiss-Asia’s Hong Kong office. Now, as CEO, she is focused on driving innovation, sustainability, and growth, reinforcing the firm’s role as a preferred partner for independent wealth and fund managers as well as family offices.
Her vision to “innovate to regenerate” aligns with Singapore’s ambition to become a leading green financial hub, ensuring long-term value creation and sustainable investment strategies.
Joanna Boo Si Yan, COO & Partner
Joanna Boo Si Yan is the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Swiss-Asia Financial Services. With over 15 years of experience in fintech, fund management, and financial services, she is known for her expertise in operational excellence and strategic risk management. Before joining Swiss-Asia, Joanna held key leadership positions, including Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at AVM Capital, where she significantly boosted the firm’s assets under management. She also played a foundational role at ADDX, the world’s first regulated platform for digitized securities.
Her career also includes governance roles with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, and she holds licenses with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the National Futures Association in the U.S. A Chartered Accountant, Joanna is recognized for optimizing operational efficiency while upholding high standards of integrity and risk management. In her current role, she continues to drive operational innovation at Swiss-Asia.
Yuen Foong Koh, Head of Wealth Management
As Head of Wealth Management, Yuen Foong plays a critical role in establishing and cultivating strategic alliances with asset managers, further elevating the platform’s value proposition. He actively fosters partnerships with private banks, trustees, insurance providers, and fund managers, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success. Yuen Foong is also key to onboarding new wealth management professionals, expertly guiding them through every stage from initial discussions to final agreements.
A strong proponent of operational excellence, Yuen Foong proactively identifies and addresses client service challenges. His leadership extends to the development and execution of cross-selling initiatives and the streamlining of procedures, all focused on optimizing the client experience and driving exceptional outcomes.
Ms. Aylyn Ho, Vice President of Finance
Bringing over a decade of expertise in commodities, brokerage, and financial services, Aylyn plays a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as MAS reporting, and driving operational efficiency. In addition to overseeing budgeting and forecasting, she also leads efforts in optimizing capital allocation, risk management, and supporting strategic decision-making to align financial goals with business objectives. With a strong background in financial planning and analysis, Aylyn contributes significantly to Swiss-Asia’s sustainable growth and success. Aylyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from RMIT University.
Zulammar Hakim Bin Abdullah, Vice President of Operations
With a career spanning almost 20 years in the fund management industry, Zulammar serves as the Vice President of Operations, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our fund management platform. His expertise is centered on optimizing operational workflows, enhancing client service quality, and driving efficiency across the platform. Zulammar also collaborates closely with other departments to support process innovation, regulatory adherence, and scalability planning, ensuring our platform remains competitive and adaptable to market demands. With his comprehensive knowledge of fund operations and commitment to excellence, Zulammar is a key contributor to the company’s success and a trusted partner to our clients.
Elisa Toong, Vice President of Compliance
With over a decade of compliance experience in the asset management and private banking sectors, Elisa is responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. In addition to managing compliance risk and monitoring regulatory changes, she oversees relationships with regulators and ensures that the company’s operations align with Singapore's financial regulations. Elisa has played a pivotal role in strengthening the firm’s compliance culture and significantly contributes to enhancing Swiss-Asia’s strong compliance reputation.
Elton Lee, Vice President of Technology Operations
Elton is a seasoned finance and operations professional with over 15 years of expertise in fund accounting, operational management, and technology-driven solutions. As Vice President of Technology Operations , Elton plays a pivotal role in streamlining processes, implementing innovative technological advancements, and aligning operations with the firm’s strategic objectives.
